History of New Park Educational Trust
The current charity arose as the successor to New Park School in St Andrews, following its merger with another school.
Activities
The Trust operates by giving grants to organisations and, less frequently, to individuals. The charitable object is the advancement of education for the public benefit. The Trustees have interpreted that as enabling them to support other charities working to help the education and development of young people, other organisations which carry out similar functions and individuals who need assistance with courses.
